The tools depend on the role. For instance, Virtual Assistants typically use project management tools (e.g. Clickup), CRM systems, and communication platforms. Bookkeepers use financial software, while Social Media Managers and Website Specialists use platforms tailored to their field. We use G-suite and Clickup internally. We provide training on all necessary tools.

At this time, we are only hiring individuals based in Canada. While our roles are remote, eligible candidates must reside in Canada and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for any of our positions.
